We are Choosing Not to Learn from History

Russia is upset by the expansion of NATO and should be. NATO left its defensive strategy years ago when it attacked Yugoslavia, and now by breaking promises and expanding to the borders of Russia.

Supreme Court paused one execution. Now U.S. should abolish the death penalty.

Evidence strongly suggests that the death penalty is still being applied in an arbitrary and capricious manner. Who does and does not get the death penalty depends not only on the crime, but also the economic status and race of the defendant and where the crime was committed. The death penalty should be abolished.
